令和6年の「酒田の花火」は、8月3日（土）に最上川河川公園特設会場で開催予定です。
現在、酒田の花火実行委員会では、事前のＰＲやホームページなどに使用する、花火の写真を探しているそうです。
4月から、酒田の花火公式アカウント（現在調整中）で、写真募集企画を行います！実行委員会の方に聞いたところ、採用された方には素敵なプレゼント（内容はお楽しみに♪）を準備しているとのこと。

2月から「酒田雛街道」を紹介してきました。
最終回となる今回は、山居倉庫酒田夢の倶楽と家坂亭の見どころを紹介🌸

🌸山居倉庫酒田夢の倶楽【湊酒田加藤家のお雛さま】
酒田の旧家加藤家に伝わる江戸時代後期の古今雛、百歳雛、芥子雛ほか雛屏風を展示します。古今雛は実に大きく目は玉眼で表情豊か、衣装には見事な刺しゅうが施されています。保存状態も良く全国でも珍しい大変貴重なお雛さまです。

🌸旧廻船問屋「家坂亭」【旧廻船問屋家坂邸のお雛様展示】

雛人形は、女の子が元気で幸せになるようにお祝いの気持ちや願いが込められています。
親が子の幸せを願う想いはいつの時代も変わらないものですね☺️
今回は、本間美術館と旧阿部家の見どころを紹介します。

🌸本間美術館【子供たちの成長を祝う本間美術館のひな祭り】
幼子の健やかな成長を託した、祈りや願いの造形である雛人形は親の気持ちや職人たちの技術に支えられて発展してきました。本間美術館では江戸時代を中心に庄内に伝来した雛人形（内裏雛）御所人形、衣装人形など各種人形の時代変遷をご鑑賞いただけます。併せて風間家、白崎家の雛壇飾りもお楽しみいただけます。

🌸旧阿部家【土人形展】
旧阿部家は元禄3年の創建と伝えられ、江戸時代の庶民の生活を偲ぶ貴重な建造物として、市の文化財に指定されています。素朴で愛らしい土人形およそ700体が奥座敷に並びます。

【酒田雛街道と酒田舞娘コラボ企画】
雛街道のメインはもちろんお雛様や傘福ですが、今年の雛街道の目玉のひとつとして酒田舞娘とのコラボレーションを企画しました。
北前船交易がこのまちに残した文化の一つ、酒田舞娘。動くお雛様と言っても過言ではない、可憐なその姿は酒田を訪れる多くの方を魅了して止みません。いつもと少し違う、特別な雛街道を３週連続で開催します。

【酒田雛街道松山文化伝承館の見どころをご紹介🌸】
松山文化伝承館では、酒田雛街道開催に先駆けて、2月9日（金）からお雛さまはもちろん、源氏物語の世界を見事に表現した和紙人形や可愛らしい木目込人形、令和５年度に新しく寄贈された37点の色鮮やかな御殿鞠（ごてんまり）などを展示しています。
2月25日（日）午前9時～11時30分は、木目込作家の大沼則子氏を招き、実演を行いながらその魅力について語ってもらいます。

【とっても大きなお雛様と「わたしもお雛様？」】
3月1日(金)～4月3日(水)に行われる酒田雛街道。
酒田には、北前船で運ばれたとされる、贅（ぜい）を尽くした歴史を感じさせる雛人形が多く残っています。酒田を含む49自治体が、北前船の船主集落・寄港地として日本遺産の認定を受けていますが「酒田の雛めぐり文化」も日本遺産認定の構成文化財の一つです。

酒田雛街道見どころ紹介第２回は、山居倉庫酒田夢の倶楽とミライニです。

梅の開花も待ち遠しいこのごろです🌸

3月1日（金）～4月3日（水）に行われる「酒田雛街道」。
北前船に乗って酒田にやってきた雛人形や、家族の健康を願ってつくられた傘福などが、早春の酒田を彩ります。

This time we will be introducing Irohakura Park!Some of the Runrun Bus routes have changed from this time.This time I took the Runrun Bus University Line (bound for Nihonkai Hospital).Irohagura Park is located on the site of the former Sakata Commercial High School, where the "Araidatakura" storehouse was built by the Shonai Domain during the Edo period. As it had 48 houses, it was commonly referred to as the "Iroha 48 Storehouses." This historical background is the origin of the name Irohagura Park. The current symbol of the park is a large zelkova tree that was planted before 1917 (Taisho 6). It is said that for over 100 years, it has been watching over Sakata's history and the people who pass through it.I took the Runrun Bus to Sakata Yume no Kura in Irohagura Park. The store manager, Mr. Komatsubara, showed me around the store and told me about it. What particularly impressed me was the story that the Sakata Yume no Kura signboard was donated by a famous craftsman.I had visited Sakata Yume no Kura several times before it moved, but after the move, it seemed like there were more souvenirs and folk crafts than before. The Sakata Yume no Kura sign is lovely. Inside Irohagura Park, there are works by Rikko, an artist from Sakata City, and what particularly impressed me were the files and matryoshka dolls with Sakata motifs. Also, Rikko designed a commemorative stamp and backing card for Miraini. The stamps change depending on the season, so try looking for them and stamping them.Why don't you all take the runrun Bus and go to Iroha Kura Park?(*The photos of the interior of the store were taken with permission from the store manager and customers. Hello everyone. In this edition of Sakata WALK, we will be introducing the Iseryogusha Shrines.Iseryogusha Shrine is located in Hamada 1-chome, Sakata City, and has long been knownto locals as “Oise-san” Thanks to the efforts of Yasuoka Masaatsu, it was built using landacquired from Ise Jingu Shrine, and a monument remains in the grounds of Ise RyoiyaShrine, which states that it was enshrined as tutelary deity of Hamada village during theKanbun era (1661-1673). A tutelary deity is the guardian deity of the land where one wasborn, and is believed to protect people from birth until death.There is a pine tree in the grounds of Iseryogusha Shrine. Only one pine tree appears to besleeping, while the other trees are normal, but no one knows exactly why this pine tree issleeping. I find it strange too. This time on SAKATAWALK, we will introduce Sakata Station as seen from the rooftop of Miraini. Miraini is a complex near the station that has a tourist information center, a hotel, a restaurant, a library, a playground for children, and a place to study.I personally use it. Sakata Station as seen from the rooftop of Miraini looks like Mt. Chokai is sitting on top of the station. I love seeing unique scenery, and every time I see one I think it's beautiful and I can't help but take a picture. Speaking of stations, it's the "train." I also took a picture of a train inside the station. This time I took a picture of a train bound for Akita. What I'm always interested in is the "face" of the train. Even trains have faces. Doesn't it look like they're smiling at the faces of the trains bound for Akita at the very front and back? 〈2025 Sakata Festival Report ①〉Hello everyone. This time, Sakata WALK will introduce you to the Sakata Festival.Sakata Festival is a traditional festival in Sakata that has been held since the early Edo Period(1609) without being cancelled or interrupted even once. The origin of the Sakata Festival dates back more that 400 years ago to the annual festival of Hie shrine, the festival of Kami and Shimo Sannosha, the gods that govern Sakata.The name was officially changed to Sakata Festival in 1980. Two years after the Sakata Fire, a large lion appeared as a symbol of recovery that is still loved by Sakata citizens today.Although there is on data on this year’s festival, the number of people who visited the festival in 2023 was about 260,000. The number of groups ranged from 20 to 30, and about 2,000 people participated. The number of stalls was more than 400.How many people came to the Sakata Festival this year?皆さんこんにちは。今回、酒田WALKは酒田まつりについて紹介します。酒田まつりは江戸時代初期（1609）年から一度も中止や休むことなく続けられてきた酒田の伝統的なまつりです。酒田まつりの起源は400年以上前酒田を司る神、上・下山王社の祭礼日枝神社の例大祭です。そして酒田まつりと本格的に名称が変更されたのは1980年です。酒田大火の翌々年に現在も酒田市に親しまれてきた復興のシンボルとして大獅子が登場しています。今年の酒田祭りについてのデータはわかりませんが、令和5年の酒田祭りで訪れた人数は約26万人の人が訪れました。団体数は20〜30に及び、約2000人が参加しました。屋台の店舗数は400店以上となりました。今年の酒田まつりでは来場者数はどのくらい訪れた人がいたのでしょうか。（③ゆうと）〈2025 Sakata Festival Report ②〉l went to the Japan Festival on May 20th and the Ura Festival on May 21st. On May 20th, the festival was bustling with people enjoying themselves, and it was clear to see that the Sakata Festival was indeed a very popular event. lt can only be eaten on that day of the year, so people line up to eat it.l hope that in the future the area will become even more lively,not only with Sakata locals, but also with tourists from Japan and abroad.On May 21st, we went to Nalamachi as part of a school trip. There were not many people there because it was the main festival. “Ah,the Sakata Festival is over already,” l thought, feeling sad. l’m from Shinjo, so l go to the Shinjo Festival, but the Sakata Festival is also important to me, and both are the most enjoyable days of the year.5月20日本祭り5月21日裏祭りに行ってきました。5月20日は祭りを楽しむ人たちで賑わっていて、酒田まつりはやはり注目され人気があるなと感じました。1年のうちでその日しか食べられないから行列を作って食べにくる酒田市民だけではなく、国内外の観光客でもっと賑わって欲しいと思います。5月21日は校外学習の一貫で、中町に行きました。本祭りと人出が少ない。『あ〜酒田祭りも、もう終わるのか〜』と寂しい気持ちになりました。私は、新庄出身なので新庄祭りも行きますが酒田祭りもどちらも大切で1年のうちで最も楽しい日にしてくれます。（③あおい）〈2025 Sakata Festival Report ③〉　l went to the Sakata Festival again this year.On our way to Nakamachi, we heard festival music and our hearts began to dance. There were many performances, but the one that caught my interest was the monkey performance. The monkey performance. The monkey performance was held in front of Nakamachi Health Plaza, and attracted a crowd.　At first,it seemed like there were fewer people than usual,probably because it was a weekday. However,around 3 o’clock the age group was mostly families, and as the night went on,the number of high school students enjoying the festival increased.　l’m looking forward to meeting and seeing new people next year. l’d like to visit again next year.　今年も酒田祭に行ってきました。中町へ向かっている途中に、祭り囃子が聞こえてきて、心が踊りました。たくさんのパフォーマンスが行われていましたが、その中で興味を惹かれたものは猿芸でした。猿芸は中町の健康プラザの前で行われていて、人だかりができていました。はじめは、平日ということもあってか例年より人が少なかったような気がしました。しかし3時頃になると、年齢層でいうと子連れが多い印象でしたが、さらに夜になるにつれてまつりを楽しむ高校生が増えてきました。私は、新しい出会いを楽しみに行っています。来年もどんな出会いがあるか楽しみにしています。来年もまた訪れたいです。（③るか）〈2025 Sakata Festival Report ④〉l went to the Sakata Festival! There were many food stalls this year as well, and it was particularly notable that people lined up to buy castella cake, Turkish ice cream and shooting games. Personally, l was thrilled to experience the three-carriage and oiran procession live, something I wasn't able to see last year. While walking with my friends, we saw the lions and members of Alanmare, and also the Sakata Minami High School dance club in action.　The woman in the oiran procession was played by Hori Mizuki, a Sakata Hometown Tourism Ambassador and native of Sakata, her walking style and kimono were beautiful.When the time came and l heard the ohayashi music l thought, “The day of the festival has finally come!l think that the special occasion, the impressive performances, and the traditional oiran procession are what blew people away.And that concludes my report on the Sakata Festival.
